    Hi

A few queries if you don’t mind:-

    • How many HDD bays?
    • Spec of the RAM?
    • Generation of the processor?
    • Specs of the other components?

    Thanks

    And some questions from me…!

    How old is the PC?
    Any warranty left?
    How many owners?
    What’s the optical drive (i.e. DVD-R, DVD-RW)?
Will you be providing a Windows install disc and/or license key?
And, perhaps most importantly, would you consider posting (as there’s no way I’d be able to collect!)?

Hi sorry for the late reply. Not sure the age but I’m the 2nd owner.
    Optical drive is DVD-RW
You don’t need a Windows disc, 10 pro is activated. If you need to re install then you just download from ms and it will activate itself once setup.
    I would post if needed.
    Thanks

And apologies from me for a slow response too – busy weekend!

How do you recover the PC if it suffers a catastrophic OS failure – i.e. how do you download Windows if you can’t access the internet? Do you have to do that on another PC and create some sort of install (ISO) disc? Please excuse my ignorance but I’ve not played around with PCs for a while so the last OS I installed was Windows 7 from a disc!

What’s the black rectangle to the left of the “ProDesk” logo? Is that a cover that would allow us to add (e.g.) a card reader to the unit?

And finally a trivial question – does it come with a power lead?

This seems to have gone a little quiet so I’ll say thanks and move on.

Who knows if it’s still for sale; I’d like to know that as well!

It looked like it was something I was after, too, but then it went a bit quiet. Must be because I asked too many questions…
