Looking to sell my Alienware 13 R3 as it’s just not getting used to its full potential.
Purchased on December 16th 2016, the unit itself has 65 days of warranty remaining (as of 12.10.17) and is in immaculate condition.
Spec is as follows:
Alienware 13 R3
Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad-Core (6MB Cache, up to 3.5GHz w/ Turbo Boost)
13.3 inch QHD (2560 x 1440) OLED Anti-Glare 400-nits Display with Touch Technology
256GB PCIe NVME Solid State Drive (C: Drive/Boot) + 256GB M.2 Solid State Drive (D: Drive)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5
Killer 1435 802.11ac 2×2 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1
UK/Irish (QWERTY) Backlit Keyboard
**All original packaging has been retained and will be like new upon opening**
As well as adding in the additional 256GB SSD Drive, I also upgraded the OS from Windows Home to Windows Pro. Whilst I do have Office 2016 installed, this is part of my student 365 subscription so I would need to remove I’m afraid, however, i should be able to hook you up with a license if you wan?. There is also an active subscription of Malwarebytes Endpoint Security Suite, which after resetting, I will provide keys too if you’d like?
I will also be happy to supply the following games that’s on my steam account, if that’s even possible? (Project Cars, Sniper 1,2&3, and Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf). I also have Star Wars Battle Front.
As mentioned, there is currently 60+ days warranty remaining, of which can be extended up to 5 years.
Reason for sale:
As well as the fact that I have only really been using the laptop for general internet use for the last 6-7 months, I have recently got into mountain biking and would like to put the proceeds towards a new bike and additional accessories.
Again, laptop is in immaculate condition and has always been wrapped in a large microfibre cloth and stored in a cupboard when not in use (I’m weird like that). There are some very, very minimal swirl marks on the Alienware logo but trust me when I say, you have to be looking real close to even notice. There will also be a few marks on the AC adapter what with it being in contact with the ground, but the laptop is perfect.
The touchscreen OLED display has been touched 3-4 times (honest). I hate finger prints so I’ve always made use of the trackpad. The display btw is glorious and probably one of the best laptop displays to date, hence why I went for it. Whilst the touch screen is a nice feature, it was the detail associated with OLED technology that made me go with it over the FHD panel.
Additional pictures can be uploaded if need be, however, those attached should hopefully get across how perfect this item is.
For now, postage costs have not been included as I would like to discuss the best possible method and costs (if that’s ok). I’ve never posted something as expensive or fragile so would definitely want it going the best possible way.
To buy new today, with a 7700 series chipset, you’re talking £1849.00 (And that’s without the additional 256GB SSD and Windows 10 Pro upgrade)
Laptop cost me £1795.00 so I really am priced to sell at a realistic price point.
No trade offers please AND, depending on your trading feedback, Paypal only. Can’t say I’m that fussed about handing out bank details for BT, however, for somebody with what I class as a good reputation, I will consider it for ease – but please don’t be offended If I choose otherwise.
Happy to answer anything within my ability. I’m no Linus Sebastian, nor a gynaecologist, but I’ll always take a look
